• What You’ll Need: Gather your VHS tapes, DVDs, film reels, or photos that you want converted. If you have any other types of media, feel free to contact me to confirm we can convert them.

• How to Package: To ensure everything is safe during transit, please package your tapes and photos carefully. For tapes, keep them in their original cases if possible. For photos, organize them in a way that makes it easy for me to scan.

2. Contact Us for a Quote

• Requesting a Quote: Once you’ve gathered your media, reach out to us to discuss your needs and get a customized quote. I'll consider the number of items and type of conversion (e.g., VHS to MP4 or photo scanning to JPEG).

3. Choose a Drop-off, Pickup, or Shipping Option

• Drop-off or Pickup: If you're local to Warren or Hoboken, NJ, you can drop off your media to me directly, or I can schedule a pickup from you.

• Shipping Option: If you're located farther away, you can ship your media to me. I recommend using a secure shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

4. We Process Your Media

• Converting to Digital: Depending on how many orders I’m working on when I receive your tapes, I’ll start the conversion process as soon as possible. I'll carefully transfer your tapes and photos to high-quality digital formats, preserving your memories in the best possible quality.

• Handling with Care: I treat each piece of media with great care, ensuring that everything is transferred accurately and safely.

5. Receive Your Digital Files and Return of Physical Media

• Ways to watch your movies:

  • USB Flash Drive: For orders with up to 64GB of footage.

  • External Hard Drive: For larger orders that exceed 64GB.

  • DVDs: We can also deliver your files on DVDs if preferred.

• Optional YouTube Upload: We recommend uploading your videos to YouTube for easy access and sharing. We provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this, which you can find here.

• Return of Media: We will return your original tapes, DVDs, photos, or film reels in the same condition they were received
